We will go into solutions to the very problems that are keeping you from achieving your ideal physical and mental well-being. These solutions will be based off of the most recent scientific data, and presented in an easy to follow, step-by-step guide to ensure your ongoing success. 

Strength Training Programs

SYSTEMS WITH WHICH YOU WILL TRANSFORM

Custom full-body 9 or 12 week programs based on YOUR muscular and postural imbalances, traumas, body type, skill levels, and goals. Following the most effective principles of strength and muscle building, these programs include a web chat and tutorial done by me for a clarification of movement patterns and techniques. 

Meal Plans

THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF HEALING

Weekly and monthly plans that follow the most sustainable and scientifically sound philosophy of diet: whole-food, plant based eating. Every plan will be vegan, gluten free, and nutritionally balanced. Leaving you feeling phenomenal and satisfied. Fit for those that want to body re-composition; burning fat and building muscle simultaneously. Custom plans are also available for those having certain food allergies and sensitivities.  

MY VISION

Using a combination of newly-discovered methodologies and time-tested traditional practices, my purpose is to not only bring light into the lives of others, but teach them how to find that light within themselves and proliferate it. The self is an illusion. We are all one ever-expansive, collective consciousness.

HOLISTIC INTEGRATION

The mind, body, and soul are one synergistic unit. They are treated as such when it comes to programming and health recommendations that are given. This is why just one path to healing is never advised. Promoting a singular approach is too close-minded and fails to recognize the spiderweb connecting all the elements of our well-being.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Even the smallest of aspects can make the biggest difference. The symbiosis of hyper-analysis and strong intuition gives the ability to notice patterns and anomalies that will be missed by the untrained individual. Both the macro and micro matter just as much.

PERSONALIZATION

Human beings are very similar in their anatomy and physiology. However, there are many variables that make us unique and differentiate us from the next individual. This is why no two people will have the same regimen.

CALCULATED STRUCTURE

No one wants to follow programming that is chaotic and inconsistent, or inversely, too rigid. The protocols designed by yours truly follow systemic guidelines that are sound in formula and have been proven time and time again. Yet, they have wiggle room and can be modified depending on the situation at any given time.

VERIFIABLE KNOWLEDGE

Being a NASM CPT, Certified Nutritionist, health coach, and most importantly, Warrior of Light- all the information I present to my clients can by verified through multiple sources, including: books, clinical trials, testimonials, lab tests, and other bodies of research.
